Responsibilities:
- Identify market trend, conduct product research, present the research finding and feedback and propose potential products for development.
- Choose the packing for new product, make arrangement for packaging design.
- Responsible to do through research on the product brand development
- Plan stages of product development in relation to market positioning, adverting and promotion
- Plan, organize and support the product launching promotion activities that related to the product brand development
- Liaison with suppliers and manufacturers regarding the product quality
- Collect relevant important information about the product to facilitate product write-up and training material
- Experience in new product development and product training will have an added advantage
- Bright and creative (can contribute new ideas on how to market a product), able to ‘think out of the box’
- Willing to work long hours to accomplish tasks and project
