Responsibilities:

  • Identify market trend, conduct product research, present the research finding and feedback and propose potential products for development.
  • Choose the packing for new product, make arrangement for packaging design.
  • Responsible to do through research on the product brand development
  • Plan stages of product development in relation to market positioning, adverting and promotion
  • Plan, organize and support the product launching promotion activities that related to the product brand development
  • Liaison with suppliers and manufacturers regarding the product quality
  • Collect relevant important information about the product to facilitate product write-up and training material
  • Experience in new product development and product training will have an added advantage
  • Bright and creative (can contribute new ideas on how to market a product), able to ‘think out of the box’
  • Willing to work long hours to accomplish tasks and project
